Process Tech Sales and Service started in 2002, when Drew Crapser and Len Welch purchased Process Tech from David Rapp. At that time, Process Tech specialized in food and beverage instrumentation and service.

The company headquarters is located in Union New Jersey providing easy access to New York Tri State area, Southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Process Tech also has a sales team located in Upstate New York to support New York, Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Region.

Drew Crapser graduated from Clarkson University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. Drew was past President of the New Jersey ISA.

Len Welch obtained a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam New York and a B.S. degree in Math and Physics from Plattsburgh State University in Plattsburgh New York.
